    I have, but i dont. =P
    All I did was drill a hole through the bonnet hinge and put the ball thing through it. For the other end I got a small block of ally and put 2 holes in the bottom and 1 in the side. The 2 holes go through the side of the bonnet (near where it sits on the bonnet rubber) and the hole in the side holds the ball thing.

    I got mine from a 4WD store and they gassed them after they had seen how i was using them. I feel they are a bit too heavy as it takes a bit to pull it down.

    i bought a kit off feebay from a vr commo and made to little brackets near the strut tops, and just replaced the front bolt in the bonnet hindge on my capri.
