Phil who would be disappointed with a cossie mk1 corty with a 6 link... Come on!!![:u]

the handling of the car should be heaps better. no more spinning the wheels on turn 1 at 180kph!!!!!! or maybe you might be drifting around turn 1??? suppose depends on the adjustment once its all in hey!!

best of luck... and get those cams lined up!![88] im keen to see the rear end setup but i think im more so keen to see the power output and also how much power having the cams out restricted the final output!!![;^)]

yeah i know it is illegal to have a hydraulic handbrake setup, but i also know that a cable handbrake with rear disks doesnt work very well so.. if i want to be legal i could run both a cable and a hydraulic setup.

What cams are you putting in phill ? are they from the uk ?
Also very keen to see the power output !!
Cheers.

Phil,

I have cut the pipe off for the 4-link and will get them parted off at 25.4mm.

P.S. Side note: that issue I had with the Output Shaft of the gearbox is actually only a sheared off cover on the drive shaft, it looks to be in place to shield the output of the gearbox from contaminents. No problem at all, it is gooooooone now. All better.

Glad you found the problem with the car Mark.
Must be a relief to find it and resolve it.

How perpendicular are the end eyes compared to the tubes? Another step completed, no too many to go I hope.

The eyes are perfect,it ends up that the bar was 27mm od so with the eye and the bar jigged up in the vice all was sweet!
