So Phil, how is the four link going? taken it to the track or strip yet? You would be loving that extra traction i would imagine.[:x)][:x)]

Its all good,I have run down the quarter with it,but I haven't dialed in any anti-squat yet.Traction was still an issue, but I am hopeful that some anti squat will help.On the street there is a definate ride and cornering improvement and I expect that when I finally get back out to the circuit there will be lap time improvements, especially with anti squat and roll centre adjustments .

Not entirely.I will need to modify the seat frame to fit it in.I wont be able to carry passengers in the back seat either. All worth it for traction and performance gains

How is the plan to modify the front end geometry going? Pretty bold move there Phil; I am sure it will be executed successfully though.

It is still in the to be done phase...I managed to buy some time with my experimental control arm move. The vibe is virtually non existent now so will probably wait till late August I am hoping to do a super sprint at Eastern Creek in late August so after that I will start work.I am expecting to crack into the 1.49sec bracket [;^)]

Hows it going mate... The corty is looking awesome! Haven't been on here for ages as I moved out of home and as of yet not got the internet sorted out (rant about telstra will be saved for later date)Good to see that the 6-link is almost done
My cossie corty has also been put aside for a little bit for the same reason but still want to know if you'd be willing to sell me a copy of your 6-link plans... would really hurry me along
Let me know
Great work!... good luck for eastern creek!

Hi Stairsy, I dont have any plans as such.It was such a major task in the end that I didn't bother setting up to reproduce the kit.The six link rear is definately the way to go but it is a major construction task.I can give you as many pointers as you need but be prepared for a long project As I said, well worth it though[;^)]

That's fine... Car on the whole has turned into a VERY major project and I don't want to do it unless it's done right so a bit of mucking around doesn't phase me
With your reverse watts link though how much ground clearence do you get?
Stairsy ;)

Hi Stairsy, sorry about the late reply(6 months[B)]),there are no ground clearance issues,I would have to measure it but can tell you it doesnt protrude below the diff housing and have never hit anything with it I would say there is around 150mm clearance as a minimum[;^)]I am yet to play with springs, shocks and antisquat so there is still alot more to come from this setup
