Borg Warner Rear Axle?

I aquired a borg warner axle some time ago and was told it came out of a gt cortina but i have not been able identify it.
it is a salisbury style axle measuring 1505mm between wheel mounts minus brake drums, it has 25t spline and a 7" crown.

the plan was to shorten it, new bearings and seals, disc brakes, maybe a LSD, and drop it in my 2lt escort but.. until i find what bearings and seals to get i can't do a thing.

any body know what i'm looking at?

    Simple.

Remove the bearings and seals and take them to your nearest bearing supplier. They will happily check the part number printed on the bearing and supply an exact replacement.

im not sure the model, and neither did the guy i got it off, thats the problem.

i could go through and get each bearing and seal individually, but i'd still like to know where my diff came from, so i can find out if i can get an lsd or floating axles or any number of replacement parts that might be needed.

    Cheers
