Hockey sticks- bootstrips

HI has anyone purchased phils rotary's (aka China) trims. I was speaking to a guy who had bought a boot strip and he reckons they are about 10mm shorter.??? Other than taking my stuffed one down there and measuring it. thoughts.

I have just ordered a set from motomobil. About half the price and includes all clips. If you can wait I will post a review when they arrive.

Cool , GTV6 Do you know if they are anodized?
I have located a "v.g " second hand one . Im still waiting on a pic to confirm its real condition. But atleast will match my existing hockeysticks.
Im going to get my bumpers from motomobil and lots other little tricklet's once I can finalize my list .
Seeing the euro is at reasonable exchange rate.
    Keep me informed ..cheers

Is this including shipping? I'm also wondering how it's being sent over due to the length limits of Aust Post.

    Cheers

Yes includes shipping by DHL and bank fees. From the tracking info it seems to be on a plane now so not much longer before I can post pics.

Thanks. I'm looking forward to hearing about these trims, and also if they are anodized. I had been told that a previous supplier for Motomobil used to make the boot trim as a solid item, rather than like the original.

They finally arrived (I think they got lost as had to get DHL to trace them). They are chromed and from memory look pretty close to the original profile and fit fine. When I can find one of my originals I will post a side by side pic.

Most anodising I have seen looks kind of flat. These look like shinny chrome. No more coating needed.

Did a side by side and there is a small difference. The face of the original is flat whereas these have a slight curvature so not an exact replica, but pretty close.

a bit blury. Will try again later.

They look good. I'm wondering if the phils rotaries are the same as these.

I'm also looking forward to reports on these trims, as at the very least I'll need full set of Hockey sticks plus bootlid strip, so your advice as to who sells the best option will be much appreciated.
    cheers
