BIG RED CROSS

I HAVE TRIED TO UPLOAD PICTURES AND ALL THAT IS VISIBLE IS A RED CROSS YET IT SAYS ITS BEEN UPLOADED CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY I HAVE RESIZED OICS AND THEY ARE A JPEG ?HELP

    worked here but not on my other post i upload it the same as under anglia projects but it does nt work but it does here

    The pic that didn't work here still has (3) in the file name, which is why the 4th pic has a red cross.
