    Hello Tybrown,

Is this the same Kosta from somewhere near Marrickville in Sydney?
The name rings bells from a few years ago for some reason.

Is it (or was it) a good car when your father owned it?

    ta, peter.

the car is ok. has a bit of rust in the usual places as Matt (cos086) has pictured.
the running gear is good the interior is ok.

Thanks for answering those questions mate, I haven't had a chance to get on here till now.

The car is complete & a good base for a project. It hasn't been unpleasant individualised like many others. Mechanically it drives fine, just leaks a little bit of oil. The interior is in great condition, apart from the speaker holes in the door cards, the boot carpet is stained & there is some foam wear on the front bolsters. Body wise it has got a fair amount of rust, but remember they are a 25-year-old car now & most of them do have rust as they are prone to it, especially if they haven't spent the majority of their life in Australia. At least this car is not hiding anything, i.e. I haven't done a dodgy job & covered it up etc. You wont get a half decent one for less than 30 grand & even then u can't always be sure it's not rusty or been bodgeyed up. Thes car is CHEAP, I would get more selling the car off as parts: you only have to look how much engines etc are selling for on eBay at the moment. But I don't want that to happen to this car. I want someone to restore it back to its former glory & enjoy it.

    Cheers Matt

errr how long are you going to keep a hold of it if it doesn't sell on ebay?

i ask this as i could buy it tomorrow (only i have no where to store it(which is stopping me)) or buy a house then buy it in 6 months (ideal for me, not for you)

yeah i don't see this phone call worthy but [:x)]
