Things have been very quiet for a while but now the hotter weather is here I can get things rolling again. I got a cheap 3.89 rebuilt diff head off ebay so am rebuilding mine and will do rear disc conversion as well. Cheers Matt Before the start with all the bits and pieces

Hey Scott, Good news on this front. I had a dude out yesterday. A young guy just setting up his own panel beating business and he has quoted me $650.00 to repair and paint the engine bay rust section as well as the rust on both sides of the rear pillars. He seems like a great guy so hopefully it all ends up well. Getting done on the 21st of Jan so I am super pumped. Cheers Matt

Paul, Where did you get the axle flange bolts from as I need 2 of them and have been to a number of bolt shops with no success? Not coming to Melb soon are you? Matt

Hi Matt They're 5/16 UNF x 1.5" (Grade 8.8 I think) so nothing spectial. Any bolt place should carry them - I use Universal Fasteners. If you get stuck I can throw a couple in the post? Matt75

Am fitting R1 carbs to the pinto. Got a 2001 set of carbs off Marty Mexico (great guy) and he has a mate making up a manifold out of aluminium too. Hopefully they'll arrive in time for Small Ford Sunday. I have everything else now so just waiting for the carbs and Manifold.
