Put the pads in today. Still waiting on the sway bar. Should be here Monday.

What are people's opinions on the pads not being right up to the edge of the rotor? There is about 5 - 7mm rotor showing past the pad.

Cheers

Matt

In theory the pads should be right up to the edge of the disc for maximum effectiveness but they're still gonna work fine

Thanks Phoenix, I'll worry about it in the future then.

Got the car started again after lots of issues and starts and runs great.  Just can't drive it with out a sway bar!  That would be ugly!

I had an issue with the dipstick hitting the carbs now with the different manifold but I just turned the dipstick tube 45degs and no probs.

Cheers

Picked up a Corbeau racing Seat over the weekend for practically nothing.

Have car booked in for alignment on Thursday providing the baby doesn't come.

Cheers,

Matt

Sway bar turned up today and good to see they have gone away from the horrible orange colour.  Although the bushes don't seem very good quality.

Hopefully I can get it in tomorow arvo and then maybe a chance to get an alignment done on Saturday.

Cheers,

Matt

Yes, but it has too much caster and hits on the front. Might be camber too.

We had our baby on Sunday too so I won't have much time to get it sorted for a week or so.

Cheers,

Matt
