Got the brake lines in today and I'm just waiting on some more caliper pad pins for the volvo's (First set sent were for the non-vented ones) and then I can bleed the front brakes.

Cheers,

Matt

I also test fitted the Anti-Dive Bar I had.  I was unsure if it would fit as it was from a MKI and I wasn't sure how straight my car was but it fitted up first go perfectly.

Now just need my sway bar and I get the wheel alignment,

Cheers,

Matt

Sorry for the crappy pics

Here's some pics of the calipers swapped over () and how they are centered using the hardened washers.

Nearly there, just need to find out which order the bleed the caliper nipples in.

Cheers

Matt

I was told back left, back right, front left, front right.
It's just a matter of starting at the furtherest caliper from the MC and working back to the closest

Hi Ratta,

Sorry I meant what is the order to bleed each caliper as they have 3 bleed nipples?

Cheers,

Matt

Fitted the wheels back on (15" & 13" rims) just to get an idea of how much room I'll have and there is not much.

I haven't fitted the sway bar yet either.  It has been posted today.

The alloy hubs increase track by 10mm and I have 20mm spacers as well.

The springs are 275lbs so they won't compress much and I will increase the camber too so it should be fine.

Cheers,

Matt

Sway bar arrives on friday from K-Mac - So hopefully I can bleed the brakes,  get the alignment done Sat and then work out why it isn't starting.  Though pretty sure the Coil is rooted.

I also found I am missing some of the pins that hold in the brake pads so I have ordered some new ones so hopefully they will be here too.

We will see...

Fingers crossed

Matt
