New Kent block

I have 3 of the first batch of new kent blocks, casting are good core shift not so good not really any better than the original blocks however they will all take 85mm with a straight bore and 86mm if you get creative.

I have the cranks made. I have 72.75mm, 77.62mm and 84mm available with H-beam rods to suit.

No and I don't think it was ever an option more of a myth.

With the stroker crank in the block in the picture you will get 1908cc with an 85mm bore.

I can however get cast iron and alloy 701M "L" repro blocks that are siamese bore and will go 1975cc with a crossflow stroke of 77.62mm

Have any new engines been assembled using new blocks? If so, figs. would be interesting.

Hi, I realise your post on the big blocks is a bit old, but are they still available?

Do you have a price for the block, stroker crank, rods etc at all?
I'm looking at options to replace the cracked block in my 1600 GT Capri and thought I may as well get some more out of it while I'm at it.
    Cheers
    Nick
