Any car I work on is sh!tbox. Whether or not it's actually a good car doesn't affect the naming process, it's always "sh!tbox" When it's no longer in the build stage, that's when it can get a name.

The filter here prevents me from using most of the names I've called my project.
My cars are normally refered to by colour so i have the orange car, the purple car and the green car.
I should call the project car Julia... cause it's cost me way more than I anticipated, hasn't really done anything for years and i'm still not sure why I've kept it so long.

Me and a couple of mates name our cars after the previous owner. My brown Escort is Betty, my mates series 4 Capella is George, and his yellow project is called Daisy.

Same here, well my wife and I. She started the idea. We had "Bessie" the urvan, given to me by a mate. A G200 Charade called "Janie". My old hilux xtra cab was "Cecil" (CEC were the letters on the plate) The current family sedan (Mazda 626) is Beryl, and my MK1 escort is "Jolene"

The Escort panel van is "BabyBlue".
The 4 door RS is "Bo" (Turbo).
The 2 door RS no name yet (not officially a member of the family yet - still too new to us).

Back when the race car was yellow and I had the RS they were called B1 and B2. The RS was B1 because I had it first and the race car was B2. I even had little stickers made up.
