Rozzers will probably be a bit easier on an Escort though I'd imagine, I went past a cop at 100km/h in a 60 zone in my Escort and they pulled me over and didn't even mention the speed I was doing, just talked to me about the car hahaha.
They love Eskies.

picked up my car from extreme custom engineering on Saturday... couldnt wipe the smile off my face... so happy with how everything turned out...
that was the last lot of major fabrication work.
wat i had done was: 6point chromolly cage bolt in side intrusion bars, hilux diff cut down disc rotors fitted and axels resplined, 'modified the rear tubs', he replaced the 2 front footwells, shaved the rear pillar vents and other bits and peices of rust and filled uneeded holes etc.

heres som pics...

quick update.
im ditching the gt3082r for a t04z with a .82 rear
and im ditching the z32 5spd for a 3spd jatco...

with this setup should see a relativly easy 500rwhp and a 9sec timeslip...

will be ordering my hopperstopper kit for the front very soon also
