The problem I have with air filters is if I put trumpets on none will fit anymore. What I was thinking was a box aroud the 4 intakes leading to a large pod filter under the nose.. If the pipe used is large enough it should not introduce a restriction and will provide cold air..

Rhys How much was the mamifold etc to get made up? The reason I ask is that I have a set of the same throttle bodies sitting here on my desk. Dont happen to have a spare do you? If its all too hard I might just throw them back on eBay or offload them here, Shaun.

Ports 3&4 and T-pieced to brake vacuum Ports 1&2 are both going into a 4way junction which I have fuel pressure reg coming of one and did have MAP on the other but for now nothing. So essentially theyre only holes for BSP fittings to be used a vacuum sources. Nah I didn't think about relocating injectors, though it probably would be the most ideal setup. Rhys

Great find Paul, thanks for sharing. The TPS pictured is different to mine but I'll wire up as it says and hope all Suzzi TPS's are same wiring configuration. Rhys

Thanks Paul, That was the next question I was going to ask Rhys. Rhys, what ram tubes are you going to use? Did you get the factory ones from inside the airbox? The uk guys are using some of these, price is good at 8 pounds each.. 48mm Shaun Download Attachment: gsxr ram tubes.jpg110.24 KB Download Attachment: ram pipe.jpg10.15 KB

I haven't got ram tubes yet. I'd be happy with the plastic ones but I'd need two airboxes and theyre not readily available here, so cheapest option would be the aftermarket ones. Was going to go see my local bike shop to see what they had, but the ITG link was a good one and good price also. Im still unsure on best filter setup to go for aswell. But I really do need to get these things sorted soon. Have you guys thought of what filter setup you'd use? Socks?, Airbox?, One big filter over all 4 ram tubes? Rhys P.S. last night I decided to take car for a drive around the block Its drivable in a limp mode sort of way, its ok (not great) until 4k ish rpm where its very boggy. But thats with no tuning for this setup. Still haven't received my comp, hoping for Friday as Ive got day off and can get stuck into it.

As I'm spacing mine and mounting to a DCOE manifold I will probably make up some sort of adaptor and fit my K&N filters currently on my webers.
As Rhys said, the OEM plastic ram tubes would be the simplest but not readily available here unless you buy new (around $32.00 ea). Maybe a group buy of these ITG items or a local supplier / importer?

Time to buy ram tubes...... For all interested try: Elpro Direct www.elettra.com.auAt this stage im unsure what size to go for 50mm x 75mm long or 50mm x 130mm long but Im thinking the 75mm long version as the external dia at top of 130mm version will not give enough space to have them sitting next to each other. Price $21 incl gst for 75mm long versions and $26.5 for 130mm http://www.elettra.com.au/spinnings/new_page_1.htm Rhys
