New instrument cluster?

I had a quick look and couldn't see anything, I have a Mark II with standard dash (no tacho/trip meter any thing) was thinking about putting either the Ghia or RS2000 one in there, is it as simple at just replacing it and running two wires or is it a bit more complex then that?

Any help would be great guys.
