diff seal

about to do the seal on the diff, pinion. Got the seal with me will I need to get a new nut locking nut for it?

its been a long long time since i've seen the escort diff don't want to pull out and then need one.

    Is it the flange nut? Manual doesn't say to replace, but does say not to overtighten, doing so could cause the collapsible preload spacer to collapse.
