mystery DCOE part

Hi guys,

Been trying to work out what this part is, i've lost one, and need to know what it is to replace it. Not having much luck with weber dealers. They are DCOE 13's 45's.
I need the 'UFO' looking part, and the spring that goes under it. What is its use also?
Any help would be great!
