What do you think ?

Hi Guys , I have a set of 15 x 7 hotwire style rims that I am going to use on either my white MK 2 RS or my red 2 door MK 2

I have polished 1 rim , painted another all black quickly and another gold quickly

I am heading toward all gloss black with polished outer ring similar to the rims on Dave's RS currently for sale (Red 2 door )

Have a look and let me know your thoughts

Cheers Craig

Have you checked they fit on an Escort? The dish/offest doesn't seem quite right from the photos.

Cheers Guys , Daves RS looks great with the polished rims and black center thats why I lean't that way

As far as offset Avon I have not measured but have trial fitted to another MK 2 , see pis below , these do have 205 60 tyres fitted which will be replaced with 195 50 15 but I think they should be OK

These rims were fitted to an Alfa previously so you may have a good point , any idea what to check for to be 100%

Thanks guys , I am very happy with the result given the small outlay of both time and cash

Thanks for the offer Bryan but I now have about 5 sets of rims so may be in strife if another set turns up !

yeah i have collected some too...
The jury is still out for me to weither i keep the rims or go for some others, at this stage im leaning towards something different just to make it more custom to me...
