What Turbo

Hey guys, now i know this is a very vague question as there are a lot of factors that will pay a part but i will give what info i can.
I want to know what size turbos people are running on PINTOS and how much power your getting boost figures etc. So i can try and work out what turbo to run on my motor.

2.2lt Pinto, Garret manifold, Sierra injection, hi comp motor (going to decompress) Cam is going to be custom billet by waggot, pistons and rod are not decided on as yet (any info will help)
