new bilstein struts

hi guys, new to the escort scene so forgive me for being dumb=)ive inhereted a mk2 escort from my father who passed away afew months back,i never showed much interest but now im bitten.im looking for replacement struts and have been looking on peter lloyd rallying, ive got around 1500 to spend but not really sure what to go for.there are some bilsteins in my price range that come with springs, top mounts,300/70 inserts(not sure what that means)?rooler top mounts.poundage on the springs i guess would be best high for circuit use and lower for more road use? thought maybe around 200 seen as its going to be 60/40 road track.any info/help appreciated.these seem to be a complete kit ready to bolt in,ive already got a world cup x member and quick rack too.just gotta work out how to build it all up using a manual.

I'll have those same struts cheaper in August. Complete with springs, tops etc.
