Albany Round The Houses and Hillclimb ***Pics Link

A reminder that the annual round the houses is on again this year on the weekend of the 5/6/7 June. Always lots of good looking small Fords, with three MK2 RS2000s supposed to be showing this year...one exclusive yellow and two common-as-muck white ones :-)

Saturday is the hillclimb at Mt Clarence and Sunday is the round the houses event. Monday has a hillclimb at the wind farm, but logistically this doesnt woprk for me, so only two days of thrashing the RS :-)

    Gerry its a bit far away to Albany but is there going to be another contingent of small Fords at the next Barbs Regularity? Went along for a look at the one this last Saturday and there was a very small turnout of everything, whole event wrapped up at 12.30!

    Either way I'm entering the July 10th event.

    Hi Avon

    There is a regularity coming up at Barbagello in July / August which had a huge turnout of small Fords last year. I will be going along to the Clem Dwyer event, but I am not sure of the date. I know of two other MK2 RS2000s that should be there. I think there were about five last year, with about 45 Fords in total. A great sight and good fun. Have had some work done on the RS since then, so keen to play with it on the track.

    I have a link to a lot of photos for the weekend. lots of pics, not all fords, but mostly. weather was sensational on Sunday, however, Saturday was crap and the hillclimb was cancelled due to someone taking down a power pole.
