Good luck. I'd use Escort MK2 stick on the windscreen type. Way more reliable... No cuttlefish / dandruff effect when you drive over bumps!

I think I have one that I took off years ago. Will have a look in the shed.

Found it. Cant guarantee it's original but did come off my 72 V6. Has the FOMOCO stamp on the back and the numbers are ARC70B-17698-C LUNWIN CZ315. Frame needs re-spray, glass has fine cleaning scratches but no chips. Back is dull but intact. You can call me 0419933780 between 10am and 8pm Perth time if youre interested.

$50 plus postage. Can you let me know if not interested as someone else wants it but they said they will give you first option.

It weighs 700g in a box so postage would be $9.90. Shall I give it to the other guy, he is local so can pick up.

As mentioned, I am prepared to pay total cost of $50, if postage is $9.90 then I will give you $40. However if you can get more of the local guy then that's ok by me, let me know either way.

I really dont know if it's genuine or not. All I know is that it was in my 72 V6 and my parts catalogue lists part number 17698 as Bracket - rear view mirror for 72 onwards (section 175, page 3) and this number is stamped on the base as shown in the photo's.

Can you help us all out and post a picture of yours?

It is the same as the 2 mirrors in the ebay link the sunvisors are fixed in place and only go up & down they will not swing around to the side the Capri Clinic use to hae new pins on their inentory but they don't seem to be there any more.
