powdercoat

hey guys im cleaning my bike frame up and i want all the powdercoat off its 2 layers thick and hard as a rock... either sand blast it or some kind of chemical????
what works best... the frames aloy by the way if tht matters

    well for anyone who wants to know in the future
    paint stripper and gasket removal is the cheapest and easiest option im told and ill try it out today

    Paint stripper with the ingredient "methylene chloride" - or blasting.

    one of my mates is a powder coater,
    he charges $100 to do a whole bike.
