I've bought them off eBay and from the supplier in the UK. They supposedly have an agent in Queensland but I don't recommend them because of a bad eBay experience I had with them.

Have had this lot saved in my favourites. No experience with them, etc.

    Hi Guys.

    Thanks for your input.
Though the ones on ebay don't seem to mention if they are stainless of not so I have asked the question and I'll update.
SMCKA does not seem to have any listed on his site.

    Thanks.

There are some available on ebay UK. Seller is Harringtons. They make them for Mk1 Cortinas and Mk1 Escorts. If they only have Cortina ones listed at the moment click on to their eBay store.

The ones on ebay are chromed Steel not stainless.
There are a few bad reviews getting around on the Harrington ones.
British company in Vietnam? Bit of a worry.
Does anyone have experence with the steel ones off ebay? Seller "rotary_products_new_old_car_company"?
$250 plus postage. what does it cost to get a set rechromed these days?

    Thanks Joe.

I've bought a set of front quarter bumpers, and a complete set (front and rear) from Harringtons. Ebay Australia, English company, shipped from Vietnam, All stainless, great polish job, quick delivery, no problems, no regrets. And best of all good price. Was going to cost me more for a rechrome.

Likewise for me. I bought some stainless ones from Harringtons. No problems. Cost me less landed in Australia than the quote I got to refurbish chrome ones. It was a no-brainer for me and so far no sign of deterioration.

I did stock the Harrington ones but have run out of stock.

They are good, very close to original but they can scratch easily. I left mine in the top tray of my tool box and are now scratched and I can't seem to get them out. (although not tried to buff them)

I too looked at the cost of un-denting and chroming a set of van rears and the Harrington ones make better sense.

    Hi Smcka.

    Are you planning on re-stocking?
    If so what the price?

    Thanks.

I'll look at the costs. I didn't get that great a discount last time so by the time they landed and the Man took his duty etc there wasn't much left to work with. I last sold them for $300/set so the feebay ones for $250 are hard to beat on the face of it.

I'll get in contact with them and see what comes up.
