Escort friendly painters in SE Melbourne?

g'day All

My black MK1 2dr has obviously had a cheap & cheerful blow over of the original white with a nice glossy black...
It wouldn't be so bad but I am afraid of what the paint is covering up & I can notice rust holes / bubbles in a few places & its a bit messy around the roof rails.
Who can I see in SE Melbourne to get some preventative maintenance done, not a full respray just maintenance?
