Nigels BMW e21 24V swap (in 6 weeks)

I wont type too much, the pics explain what going on here!

Car is a '82 BMW e21 323i
Start with a few of the car before i blew the engine up!

    The two more challenging jobs. Routing the exh manifold turned out to be easier than expected, just ran it as close to the block as i could. The sump however was a little more tricky. Had to modify the diecast pickup.

    And finished, small jobs left to do but it went back to being my daily driver less than 8 weeks after i pulled it off the road. It is biggest single task i have undertaken (apart from the escort build, but thats only going backwards) so i was happy to have it completed to quickly.

    Currently makes a tad over 200hp with loads of torque but i am waiting for next summer to start extracting another 20-30 out of it. The straight 6 sounds beautiful at 7000rpm btw

    It now does the 0-100 sprint in the high 6's so its not a rocket but its loads of fun.
