Toyota Throttle Bodies

Hi

My pinto has twin 40 solex carbs and a points ignition system After I worked out the cost of electronic ignition conversion & some 45mm weber / Dellorto I thought I would be better spending on going straight to EFI. Has anyone used the Toyota throttle bodies? Are they any good?
They seem to be cheap so I thought it would make a great option.
