Rear suspension bushings and shocks

Hi everyone,

My mk1 rebuild is progressing, be it slowly. I am now at the point where I have to put the rear suspension back into the shell. I need to buy a new pair of shocks and new bushings through the entire rear end. The intention is for the car to do the odd track day and hill climb but will be registered. I have a set of heavy duty springs already to use. The car will go over the pits at standard height but will be lowered after. Can anyone give me some pointers on what I should be looking to buy? What is good value for money and where to buy them from? (ie is it cheaper to buy online from the UK etc)I was going to go and speak to Kmac and possibly Nolathene bushes but I literally have no idea what I should be buying?.
I am assuming that if I buy adjusable shocks then the fact the car will be lowered at a later date will be accomodated with the adjustment.
