BA MK II XR6 Turbo - SA

Up for sale is my BA MK II XR6 Turbo - Novemeber 2004 build. It is a one owner vehicle and has always been garaged and serviced. It has extremely low 36,000 km's and the lack of use is partly why I am selling it. When I brought the car, it was our main car, however, 18 month's ago, we had twins and we also have a 3 year old so we brought a Territory as the family truck. Since buying the Territory, I would take the XR to work about once a week and she would come out maybe one or two other times in the week if she was lucky. I have done 2000km in the past 6 months. Enough of that, more about the car.

It has been customed tuned by KPM Motorsport in Adelaide and produces 262rwkw and the sale will include the CAPA Flash Tuner. It has a Mal Wood 11" Option 3 clutch package installed with his short throw shifter and shortened gearstick. Herrod Lowered Suspension with Camber Kit. 19" wheels. Premium Sound with iPod cable, alarm, tinted windows, factory mats.

The car is in excellent condition, always washed, maintained and parked the other end of carparks away from others. It will not disappoint. Will be happy to deliver the car to a transport company for people who are keen from interstate.

Hold onto it might be a collectors item one day, with no more falcons apparently.....

Looks good but 260kw and you drive it once a week [8~2] can't keep out of mine. Good luck with the sale mate

Cheers Grant, it's a real hard decision that I have spent the past 10 months trying to justify hanging on to it. Given that I dont drive to work and the cost of parking in the city if I did and I have my RS as my toy. Having said that, it is an awesome machine and I do love every bit of driving it. When we brought our Territory I did debate about trading it and getting a turbo Territory which in hindsight maybe I should have done. I wont give her away and if I don't get the right money for it I told the missus I will be hanging on to it.

Sold - Sadly it drove off last night and I had a sleepless night given the guy paid cash. Anyway, the idea was to replace it with a cheaper car and put some money back in the bank and tonight i brought home an immaculate EF XR8 with only 100,000 on the clock. Damn nice find, not quite the power of the BA, but she does alright.
