Hose Sizes?

Hi Guys,
I have just got my recond engine in and am going to go back to a weber and am just trying to fit up all the hoses. Problem is the fittings are all different sizes.

The auto choke on the carby has 1/2" fittings but the top of the water pump is 5/8"

Also the heater fittings are 5/8" but the back of the water pump is 3/4".

Are you guys using reducers, stretching small hoses or over clamping larger hoses?

Also would like to check/confirm hose connections. I am thinking it should be

thermostat housing to auto choke top, auto choke bottom to water pump, Rear inlet manifold to top heater, bottom heater to back of water pump.

Thanks
Steve

Hi Steve, i just stretched the small hose over, but im not running a auto choke so my hoses are a bit easier to run and clamp. i run mine thermostat housing to water pump, rear of inlet the top heater, and bottom heater to back of water pump. hope this helps. O

Hose format is correct as stated. XC Falcon heater hose is wider on one end, just cut it down in length. VN comodore heater hose has a right angle bend perfect for the bottom of heater core to waterpump
