Wow wee ive been slack updating this. the power is great for a small car like this, fun to drive without being to dangerous in the wet. the rims are hayashi techno r fins, quite rare so when i saw them for $600 buy now i couldnt hit it fast enough. at the moment im prepping the shell again for a repaint when im not over here in WA. As for mounting the guards i just used riv nuts on the a pillars and the riv nuts where the alloy strip goes. gearbox is just standard nissan ca18det one. heres a pic before i started to do the body again.

Most definitely! That's a bargain price for those rims. One of the nicest looking rims I've ever seen on an esky I reckon.

I don't want to be one of "those guys" but let me know if you're ever selling it, the fact that you're in NZ won't stop me. I think I'm in love with it! haha. I don't expect you to ever sell though, I wouldn't if I had a car like it!

Yeah as far as motorsport goes, the MK2's are superior to the MK1. But they just don't look as good
