Not long got in from having my car tuned. absolutely great job and gioes like the prverbial sh!t off a shovel. Big thanks to Gdub for recommending Ital Motors in Hawthorn. Anyone wanting their webers tuned these are the blokes to see very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in YOUR needs. 1 very happy customer.

Long story short, Dad had his first proper drive of my escort on Sunday and loved it. Monday got a phone call about a mk1 2 door in the area needs to be sold asap so went and had a look and bought it for Dad! he will be wrapped when he gets home from holidays.

Just started packing my fishing stuff for a trip up to echuca tomorrow. got the week off and going up for 4 days with the missus.

Seeing a white late model Commodore (VE/VZ) with 'MFP' (Main Force Patrol) plastered over it. Nice gold embossed badges on the front guards to replicate something from 'Mad Max 1'. If your going to do that you should start with a Yellow XB Falcon.
Now you know why they drive Commodores.............
I didn't have the camera/phone with me but it was a classic

what made me happy today, was that after some counting, i have made $690 this week, compared to my normal wage of $288, i think i did bloody awesome, now i can buy the new heart for the escort!
this involved a bit of overtime, doing backyarders for mum and the mates, and selling off some old spares i had lying around!
