were you driving in hills? check your vapour lines aren't hanging too low. mine did that once, full tank up a mountain, got out the car fuel running out the back, followed the fuel trail all the way back down the mountain on the way back[:I]

Some utter knob left a boat trailer half on the road, with no boat on it and not hitched to a car. Coz i was driving up a hill looking straight into the sun i couldn't see it. I had my brother and my 2 boys in the car so was only doin about 25 kmh but still enough to damage my poor corty. Need a bumper, indicator lense, guard and chrome arch strip. I'll get around to it though. Apparently "by law" he can park it there, but where's the courtesy. The block it was 'half on' was vacant, and his whole driveway, across the road, was empty.

well im a dumb fuucking idiot. bought a diff for my wagon cos old one was stuffed. put new one in, drove around the block, and found that rear wheel bearing was wrecked. just pulled axle out and took old bearing off, and then thought id smash the bearing outer out of the diff tube, but what i just realised is that the outer bearing case was non existant and what i was hitting was not the bearing shell but the diff tube, rendering the diff fuucked and me a stupid fck wit. oh sh*t, thats no good, ive had similar situations happen to me before, where you realise what youve done, step back, then do the following in order, Gasp, Start swearing, Punch the nearest object or throw the bottle of drink on the ground, then sit down, light a smoke/crack a cold one and decide what your going to do. must have happened to me 50 times on my escort, just cant think of any at the moment.
