fixed up/restored/saved another mk2 sedan, high compression block, forgies etc etc

its got the standard cylinder head for running in purposes, with 32/36 weber

then the mikuni carbs were put on, for some testing + tuning, then the shelfed head will go on (laser cam, porting work, large valves etc)
