Replacement Alloy Hubs for AUS RS2000
Is someone able to tell me the correct replacement Alloy Hub for the standard AUS MKII RS2000 strut?
There is always the Capri Strut Alloy Hub.
Who would sell them? Burtons in the UK?
Cheers Andrew

Palmside do a standard Escort alloy hub i think

And Burtons..

Smacka does them for Cortina but no Escort [V]

Thanks. Didn't think of Palm Side.
With Burtons is that the RD325 one?
Has a GP4 description.

Hmmm, Burton don't seem to have the standard hub.
I'm sure someone makes them!
Hmm, I got a price of around $400 ea to custom machine locally [:u]

That does seem a bit pricy as Burtons for a pair works out to be $215.00 plus postage.

Hmm, doesn't really say they're a dirrect replacement for the standard mk2 hub unless they're the same as the ones listed?

There is no 'direct' replacement x UK for 2L Escort struts.
You can use the ones Burtons sell (which are sourced from Rally Design, FYI) and use a different inner bearing.
These will space out the track by 10mm.
I normally have them but sold the last set last week. Next shipment is due December

Is anyone running these Hubs with the track being 10mm wider?
Any advantage or disadvantag of it?

Saves you running spacers if you need front clearance.

Im only allowed to run 7" rims with 205 50 15s on and seen as there isn't a huge amount of different offsets availiable I will space them out to fill the arch.
