240 Cortina engine change

Basicly changing the engine due to the alt mount broken on the block

alt mount

up on blocks

head looks pretty good as it was done not long ago

patented engine transport device with escort 71M thanks Tom

the engine needs a rebuild, the engine bay will get cleaned up and painted, want to keep it original but tidy

Just thought I would be different and not put a bigger engine in

    update

68 engine out now, going to paint the engine bay and hide the wiring.

    engines loaded into the daily

easy way to lower 2 xflows in the boot

68 motor now in bits, engine mounts, inlet and exhaust manifolds, sump, timing cover and pick up pipe will be needed, the head and block will be binned.

    more soon
