Another way to do that is to hit rev limiter with nitrous [:p]
My best mate and I put a 100hp NX wet kit on his mostly stock manual gts-t skyline and did a 13 flat at 112mph (112mph is speed limiter on imports for those playing at home, nitrous was switched off just before hitting speed limiter to avoid what happened in the above video!), massive mph for only a 13 second pass. Used about 5 or 6 bottles so far and haven't had any dramas yet.
