Hi

All that's required is to have the axle flanges machined to allow the rotor "hat" to slip over (like a conventional hub).

I'm away until 20th July but I can let you know the required diameter to allow a snug fit to ensure rotor concentricity.

Unfortunately I think I have sold the remaining kits but I can see about producing a few more kits. Obviously the pricing can only be maintained if multiple kits are manufactured. Let me know....

Paul, what happened to all the kits? When did they become available to order? Last I read you were getting them machined / making sure it all worked. Have I missed the boat now? [8~2] I thought it was an expression of interest post still.

Regards,
Craig.

I've got two pair of them. Skylines are pretty common in the wreckers and no one really seems to be interested in the rear calipers. Diff centres are another kettle of fish. I had no trouble finding them. As for cost, $1 entry and $40 for a pair at a guess? depends where you go.

Centre Rd wreckers have heaps of them and the seal kits are about $15 from bursons.

Yes Geoff - thanks.

I will let all those interested when the next batch is under way.

Matt - I would as the rotor hat is a little thicker than the original drum. My Simmons bolt up OK but I'll be going for the extra security of the longer studs. It may vary rim to rim but best to be safe.

If you wait until Monday I can give the exact measurement to turn down the axle flange to ensure the correct fit for the rotor hat. This will ensure concentricity.

Hi Matt.

I have machined mine down to 134.80mm and they fit with basically no movement so 135mm may be OK.

PS I have not measured the hub diameter of the donating Audi 90 but it may be 135mm.
