My Mondy

Hi I'm new to this and I love fords through and through and i have 3. Two Mondeos and a Fairlane. I know its not a classic but i hope one day it will be.

1995 Ford mondeo 2L lx
Purchased new in 1995 by my parents.
1st pic when it was give to me in 06


First started with a full respray,custom bodykit,17" lensos,extractors and exhaust.


engine

Then decided to bin that engine and put a very low km 2.5L duratec V6




Then a genuine rs phase 2 front,rs rear and sides, morette headlights, d2 coilovers and 2.5 inch exhaust.

    Looks the good there mate.
    Was it hard to put the v6 in or was it a straight bolt in job?
    I cant remember if they came out with the 6 in em or not[?]

    nice car mate, can see the effort put into it when you look back at the first picture... love the lensos had a set of them on my last corolla lenso s7's but in white

    Thats the best looking Mondeo I've seen, nice work.

    When you say you "binned" the Zetec, what do you mean exactly? I have a "bin" I'd be happy to put it in if you like.

    Thanks for the kind comments guys.The questions,It was a direct bolt in job but was preety difficult as it was the first engine i had put in and very tight squeeze,couldnt fit your hand between the front and back of the engine. In the mk1 shape Australia only got the 2L so it could be the only one in austrlia.the cars they came out in here were the ST24 and the cougar.The old zetec is still sitn on my garage floor from over a year ago Id love to put it in an escort.
