Hehe. More reliable than trains. The brakes aren't quite finished. I'm still waiting on part of the system to be made. Should be ready when the car gets back from having the cage done.

It's all ready to roll. Final bit was fitting the handbrake back in. As the new disc rear end needs a custom handbrake setup I've removed it and put a spare standard rear axle back in til the car gets back from the cage fitting.

Thursday is moving day. I get all day to do the Escort shuffle.

Got a call from the cage people this arvo. It's 90% done and should be ready next week. Tomorrow i'm off to plonk my rear in a few race seats to see what fits and what doesn't so I can give them the specs for the new seat and harness mounts and the details for the harness bar.

And some of the crossmember with the lowered steering rack.




Dropped the seats off so the new seat xmembers can be done and so the harness bar can go in. Should be ready next week.

What are you planning to use for harness mounts? All 3 of my cages have a harness bar built in.
