Guys,

For those that are interested just a quick note regarding the Simmons wheels now fitted to my Mk 1 capri.

I had been looking for long time for a set of these Simmons but they always seemed to exceed my budget on Ebay. These one now fitted were indeed advertised on ebay and listed to suit Mazda RX7 with a PCD of 110mm.

They were passed in and I was subsequently able to purchase after auction.
Modification to 108 PCD from 110 PCD is a very simple process as they machine the centre and fitt hardened metal bush at a cost of $45.00 per wheel.
"bargain"
The moral of the story is to look outside the square when looking for these types of items.

those Simmons certainly set the car off now i wouldn't mind seeing it with white in the centre's though i'm suprised all the dry grass didn't go up in flames that day 40deg's

Those Simmons are also my dream wheels, but as you said they go crazy on ebay when they come up

These are Ford Australia GT mirrors but fitted to everything Ford in the 70's, Mirrors are easy to get, the spacers to angle them are the tricky bits....I can supply a pair of mirrors but cannot guarantee which spacers they will come with

how much would you want for them, where abouts are you based? thanks. what is tricky about the spacers? can they be cut to fit? thanks alot, mike

seen where you are based, i am in england, how much do you think it will cost to get the mirrors sent over to me, will it be worth it price wise? thanks
