Black Centres or Ally ??
Iv'e been toying with the idea of colouring the wheel centres and putting some dark tint on the windows, maybe dumping it a few more inches, what is the general feeling from the membership ? Bodie

1 vote for making the change as long as you can still drive it and get it over speed humps.
Looks good.

I like it.. But do yourself a favour and don't tint it to the point of getting fined every time you drive it lol.

i was tossing with the idea for ages, got quite a few photoshoped images aswell. to pull it off you would have to lower that 1-2 inches you said...... but as i was a p plater i didn't wanna atract any more attention than that big red P already does :(

My vote goes to lowered, with everything else as it is (not a fan of window tint). Saw this car for the first time at the eastlink cruise, looks great, didn't even realise Rhys sold it?!

I think the tinting shouldn't be so dark. Definitely a lighter tint. The wheels look good dark though but I don't think it needs to be lowered any further.

I would go the tint on the windows but not that black. White cars look great with tinted windows.
If it was me I would keep the wheels ally. Personally not a fan of black wheels.
Car still looks great through.

Get the darkest legal tint you can have. I have that and its not bad, quite dark but not black. Do the wheels now, they set the car off. Seriously. Do it. Now Lowering I'm 50/50 on.. If its still above legal and nothing scrubs then sure why not.. Mine is bang on legal height and I can't wait to fit some taller springs. I'm geting fed up with scraping everytime a leaf blows under the car. Plus my XE front lip got ripped off because the front was so low. Cheers Andrew

yes to the black wheels.
yes to a slight lowering.
no to the tinting. not a huge fan of tinting on classic cars.

go a charcoal on the wheels, not full black.
dump it and just take care when parking
get some nice and dark (and legal if possible) keeps it cooler in summer plus a little more security.
