Definitely one row of the larger swaged holes. The first two examples are atrocious

A gtx35r with a .63 rear on 25psi should be making 400hp at least on a 4cyl Is it the biggest cooler u can fit without chopping anything? As in height wise? Standard SR's with a 3076 on 20psi make around 400...
Perhaps get a 2nd opinion on it? Take it down and see john at next up tell him ur mates with me n he'll sort u out!

hey ESK-74, Sorry to hear about your power chasing woes, but just wanted to know what was the reason to going up to GT35 based turbo? Cheers

yer man iam going to change the cooler setup on it as its only small, people are making more power on 20psi with an auto behind it so its gotta be restricted somewhere just have to find it. yer iam gonna make some calls and get some opinions a few people have said that the plenum and runners are to small aswell but i dont plan on changing that just yet.
RS2000, for more power later on down the track, barely noticed any difference in lag between the 30 and 35r

Interesting as I have never seen this, From my experience gt35 has always been much laggier than a gt30 ! I take it this was your boost leaking , no waste gate gt30 you noticed no lag difference vs the new gt35? Got any dyno graphs to share? Cheers

with the GT30 it had a .82 rear housing on it, with the GTX i went a .63 housing and being the GTX series apparently there ment to spool faster, at around 3500-3800 i have about 5-8psi.
No dyno sheets just yet as it frustrates the crap out of me, I rang another tuner today and gave him a rundown on what iam running and his amazed that its not making over 400 so ill go see him sometime this week

Well after alot of problems and about 6-7 dyno visits we are finally seeing the power it should be making, ended up having some electrical issues but fingers crossed they are all sorted now. Time to completely finish it off (if there is such a thing) and start enjoying it. also a mate and i whipped up a new thinner but bigger intercooler to try and get air through to the radiator to try and keep it cool but.... didnt do much. next step is to look at cutting holes in the front but its right for now just stays slightly under 100degrees alot of people dont like the cooler with opposite end tanks but it serves a purpose so i can sit the air filter where the old hole of where the intercooler piping went to try and get cooler air into the engine but with the mesh and grill back on its not as noticeable 1st run was at 24psi 2nd at 27psi, but tuned at 24, net step upgrade fuel system for e85

NIce work.
Car looks mint as always.
As much as I dont like the extra holes in the front panel, I found them necessary,
