Hi Juiceman, I need to up loadsome new pictures... The Capri is taking shape nicely now... It is being painted in Mercury Silver... It will look like a 69 GTV6 from the out side with orange stripes... I just getting the seats re trimed in the original style the only quirky thing is no wood grain in the dash fascia or the console... instead it has a stainless steel look... Just a nice street thing, nothing wild, just looks good, goes well... I intend to sit the car on 15" 8 spoke superlites...

Can't wait...

Cheers

Scott

Hi, 550hp mk2 cortina... so sorry I haven't got back to you before now. With the Toyota motor in your car you only have two options. You could run as a sports sedan or you could do some regularity stuff. But I think you would find yourself between the devil and the deep blue sea. You car would be too quick for regularity if driven flat out as they don't like regularity cars going any quicker than 1:20's around Mallala. On the flip side of that, your car would not be quick enough in a group of full on sports sedans, as they are quicker than V8 supercars around Mallala. Bit of abugger really...

Anyway, had a few days of work. Got some more done on my crappy... So here are the latest pics guys.

I love the V6 bonnet on Capri's, and I hate it when people cut a hole in the V6 bonnet to have an air cleaner hanging out. Thank you for not ruining your bonnet

On another note, it's starting to look really nice now, it will look beautiful in Mercury Silver. I wish I had a shed like yours!
