MK1 4X4

All was wondered if anyone had ever done this. Now I know!!

    Hi, it has been done back in the early 90's in the same way in England, except the car has steel bubble arches and was painted Modena Green. only problem the owner had was Ford didn't have the foresight in the 70's that people in the 90's might be 4x4 Cossie-ing their mk1s leading to the windscreen wipers slapping the screen at 160mph!!
    The car was featured in Max Power mag, not sure where the car's at nowadays
