Sure Mark, judging by how long this has taken me, I'd estimate I could have your car finished by about 2034? [88]

On another note, it lives!! As of today

Very nice love the red.

The induction noise is great on twin carbs. You also get the noise on EFI throttle bodies which is great.

Time for a quick update, the interior is mostly back together, and the front end is all assembled now. Should be out driving it this time next week!

Got the car on the ground today and was ready to take it for a strap around the block only to realise that the front wheels sit 3/4 of an inch too far forward, so I'll chuck some spacers over the new swaybar and she'll be sweet for next weekend (theoretically).

Hey Matt thanks dude. Start a project thread, I haven't seen how yours is coming along yet!

Can't remember how much those brakes were, couple of hundred or something like that, I bought them so long ago I can't remember hahaha.

Here are the latest pictures from Saturday when the car finally got on the ground... the front is going to be heaps lower when the springs settle in.

Just have a few more things to sort out before it's back on the road, then when I get back from overseas in March the first thing I'll do is get a good diff and watts linkage to centre the rear end, it's a bit horrid at the moment.

Had to jump start the sucker off the daily haha.
