thanks Mish,
what thickness is the intercooler???...did you have to cut anything to make fit as mine seems to be a really small area to fit anything??

sorry about the late reply have been on holidays, from memory the cooler is about 65mm thick. had to chop out the rad support bracket that runs down the middle, then mounted the cooler either side so it acted like a replacement kind of. it was a tight. ive spaced my rad back a touch to allow a little air gap between the cooler and rad as i have that luxury given my engine is mounted further back also.

heres a few pics i found from the build, hope they help a little

Well car finally went back onto the dyno again tonight, this time it was the big boy tune.
took things slowly increasing boost 1 psi at a time until i felt it no longer necessary to push any harder

end result was
230rwkw @21psi
235rwkw @22psi

Alll tuning was done on 98ron pump fuel, could have pushed it out a touch further but didnt  feel the need to do so.
Big thanks goes out to Frank @ AllSparks Performance for the dyno time and the late night.

Old tune VS new tune

and a few videos, click to play

21psi run

22psi run

yeah its maxed out on the map sensor at 22psi so i dont think ill be pushing any harder, was lucky to get away with the 24psi it ran on the dyno day somehow.

next on the never ending to do list
- refit 15's with sticky tyres
which means i have so completely change the front end setup again, reducing castor, track width and camber, which mean i need a second set of rack and tie rod ends that i can swap over as my existing ones have rack spacers and have been modded to suit.
- Gearbox mods, trying to get hold of someone who can make me a custom belhousing to suit a much stronger gearbox.
- fit front section of cage
- maybe some new fixed back seats
- redo all my pedalbox and engine bay brake plumbing

- hope to do some more interstate driving with it
