ok weekend wrap up,
was all set to install my new front struts after having sorced
green tie rods
rackend extenders
capri steering arms
and all hardware to fit

only to find that the front struts that i was sold were infact mk1 struts meaning nothing lines up remotely and my koni inserts also dont fit.

not a happy chappy

so car is back together and sits as was with a touch more camber.

had a small win tho, managed to purchase a 24mm adjustable front sway bar to get some more castor into the frontend
I also have removed front bars to be repainted along with a solid black rear bumper.
also purchased a set of tow hook/straps that i will fit while bar work is off

satin black is definatly high on the list because of ease to apply (rattle can) and less attention from the 5 0
but can seem to stop thinking how good it could look in body colour

Hey Mish,

Satin gets my vote.

Is that a complete bolt in unit?
Who made it?

Cheers,
Rhys

1 more vote for keeping it black to avoid the cops.

You don't want any more attention than your driving habits attract!

ok guys so i got a little bit done between rain on sunday.

Got the fuel rail mounted and then began the fun task of making up the -6an fuel lines.

got it all in and running, still need to get a gauge set up so that i can set the correct pressure, as im pretty sure its way to high by the way the fuel pumps are making loud. nioses.
