Good luck with the project Lucas. Looks like a big job ahead of you. It is amazing how much underlying rust you can have that is invisible until you remove things like windscreen and guards.
Is it still going to be yellow?

i want the under body sprayed the same colour as the car so had ago with the wire wheel today and sprayed some primer on it to see wat it would looklike. nice and clean but bugger usin the wire wheel to do it.

looks very simular to my project lucas and a very worthwhile project will be great once its done mate. ill have my project thread updated over easter when I get a chance to go back out and do some more of it. have you got a motor yet? I bought a half cut as it will be easier in the long run. good work mate and keep it up.

nah mate dont have a motor have a black top head. but waiting for a bottom end to come up for the right price. i will be aiming for plus 300kws at the wheels but wont be running it like that. and also have a bloke that is building the car to handle the power mini tubs, strengthenin, etc etc and it will be engineered to drive on the street. so just need to save more cash[:u]

im giving myself 2 years because evrything gettin done to the car is not cheap otherwise it would be done in a month. and im going for yellow again but a new school yellow. and the sticker down the side will be painted on. the escort will be writin in old english writing
