PHIL; Dont really know how much longer, I fairly well have just about everything to finish it off, all I need is some time to put it all together. Once the footy season is over I hope to get stuck into it.

CHRIS; You know you are welcome around anytime. The saints are doing so well. Go Sainters

Just a bit more of an update.
I have now fitted the new brakes all round. The Willwood Midilite 4 piston callipers and vented, slotted cross drilled rotors on the front, and on the rear I have fitted R31 Skyline calipers and Audi 90 solid rotors. I just have to hook up the handbrake setup,. Have also fitted new tail light and reversing light lenses.Since the footy season has ended I have a bit of time to do a bit more on the car.

Its been a while since I posted anything on my progress so I will attempt to update it a bit.
I have decided to go the YB Cosworth N/A path now so have been accumulating plenty of Cossie bits and spent a small fortune.
I had to purchase a set of Ashley pipes and an inlet manifold from England for starters, then I bought a pair of Kent Vernier Cam pulleys. Next was a magnelli Dizzy and leads, plus other belts and pulley's. Then came a Gilmer drive kit for waterpump and alternator.
Today was a big, and probably most significant day in the whole restoration project, when I finally installed the engine and gearbox to the car for a dummy fit to find out what fits and what has to be altered. The engine will have to come back out and be completely rebuilt before final assembly.
I also purchased a set of high comp pistons and rods.
Pics to follow when I can work out how to reduce pic sizes.(I hate windows 7)

John, In 2 weeks we are going to QLD for a holiday, and the day after I get back we start the footy, so fairly well stuffed for a while.

Aaron. Thanks for the comments, I got the Gilmer kit from Burtons in the UK.

I was thinking that myself Chris. Now the engine is in I can see I have space probs for a bigger can.My wife has made me polish the Radiator top tank. She said the brushed look spoiled it. So "she who must be obeyed got her way"
Would be good to have another visit Chris.

Mud, thanks for your kind comments
